Return and Refund Policy

Temecula Jewelry Mart – Return Policy

Only returns in new, unworn, and resellable condition will be accepted. All original components must be included: instruction manuals, packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories. All returns are subject to inspection and approval at the sole discretion of Temecula Jewelry Mart.

What You Need to Know

  • Upon receiving and processing your return, we’ll exchange, replace, or credit the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • All returned items must include original packaging: envelopes, bags, boxes, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, and insurance must cover the full value of the returned items.
  • Temecula Jewelry Mart is not responsible for lost, uninsured, or damaged shipments.
  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments or returns of hazardous materials.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
     
    • Shipping returns without an RA
    • Excessive returns or abuse of policy
    • Returning items not eligible for return
  • Items with verified manufacturing defects will be exchanged for the same or equivalent product.

General Returns

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
  • No returns accepted after 31 days.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). You must obtain and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
  • Use a shipping box only — returns sent in envelopes will be refused.
  • Unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer’s expense.

Warranty Returns

  • Warranty return window: 30 days from invoice date.
  • All items will be inspected; credit or exchange will only be issued upon vendor acceptance.
  • Returned items deemed fully functional will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Items That Are FINAL SALE – No Exceptions

  • Watch batteries and capacitors (once opened)
  • Leather watch bands or straps (custom or stock)
  • Watch movements that have been opened or removed from manufacturer packaging
  • Custom jewelry, ring sizing, engraved or altered items
  • Special orders or clearance/sale items
  • Any worn, damaged, or altered merchandise

Special Item & Parts Returns

  • Watch Movements – returns only accepted within 15 days if tested outside the watch case and found defective. Movements installed without testing are not eligible.
  • Tools & Equipment – returnable only if defective upon arrival. Manufacturer warranty applies otherwise.
  • OEM Watch Parts (e.g., circuits, Omega parts) – must be sealed and unused to qualify for return.
  • Fabricated Metals – metals that are cut, annealed, altered, or custom-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tips for Securely Packaging Your Return

  • Use plain, nondescript packaging – avoid placing business names or logos on the outer box.
  • If possible, use an alias or discreet name when shipping.
  • Do not tape multiple boxes together when sending more than one.
  • Pack items under camera surveillance, and capture the tracking number for proof.
  • Double-box high-value items and seal the ends with fiber-reinforced or clear tape.
  • Do not leave packages in drop boxes. Always schedule a pickup or drop them off inside the carrier’s facility and obtain a receipt with tracking.

How to Request a Return Authorization (RA)

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us in-store or by email to request the Return Authorization (RA) form.
  2. Once approved, an RA number will be provided.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  4. Ship the product using a traceable and insured method.
